SP Endurance Coaching combines athlete centered coaching, real sport science and the testing muscle of the Sports Performance Centre (SPC) to take you from
“trying my best” → “Be Less Sh#t” → “actually dangerous on a start line.”
Two simple coaching options:
One for committed, busy humans who want structure and accountability.
One for athletes who want the full SPC treatment with regular testing and high-touch support.

Fill out a short form so I can learn about your goals, training history and life chaos (work, kids, dog walks, everything).
Chat & Plan
We jump on a call, go through everything in detail, and decide which package fits you best. If we’re a good match, we start building your plan and, if Elite, book your first SPC testing block.
Train, Test, Adjust, Repeat
You train, I coach.
We review your sessions, data and races.
