FAQs

“Do I need to be fast already?”

No. You don’t need to be fast; you just need to want to be better and be willing to put some work in consistently.

“I’m injured / returning from injury – can you still help?”

Yes. With SPC testing and access to RMA’s rehab expertise, we can build smart return-to-play plans and adjust your training load properly, not just “hope for the best”.

“Do I need fancy gadgets?”

A GPS watch and heart rate monitor are ideal. If you have a power meter (bike or run), great. If not, we work with what you’ve got.

“How do payments work?”

Coaching is billed monthly. There’s a minimum commitment (3 months Everyday Athlete, 6 months Summit Elite) so we have time to actually create change, not just a 4-week panic block.

“How many athletes do you coach at once?”

I cap numbers to keep quality high and response times reasonable. Once slots are full, you’ll join a waiting list.
